Juanjo Melero


A guitarist truly inspired by Led Zeppelin and AC/DC, he honed his skills playing in rock bands like Sangre Azul, Santafé, and Def con Dos. Over the years, he has collaborated with artists such as Albert Hammond, Rozalén, Dani Martín, Tam Tam Go, La Cabra Mecánica, Chenoa, and Sergio Dalma. His guitar work has also been featured in numerous TV commercial jingles—those catchy yet inescapable tunes we all recognize.

In the film industry, he has recorded guitar tracks for various movies, working alongside directors like Montxo Armendáriz, Álvaro Fernández Armero, Mariano Barroso, Zaca de La Riva, and Roque Baños. His journey into musical theater began with Hoy no me puedo Levantar, leading him to perform in productions such as Forever King of Pop, Cómplices El Musical, Blancanieves Boulevard, and now Flashdance El Musical.

Carlos Nebot


Singer, guitarist, and producer with over 25 years of experience in the music industry, known for his versatility and professionalism. His wide vocal range and refined guitar technique allow him to perform across a vast array of musical styles.

Born in Mallorca, now based in Madrid, his extensive career has taken him to stages worldwide, performing with many bands and musical projects. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Raphael, Pablo López, Miguel Ríos, Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, Ana Belén, Niña Pastori, Carlos Rivera, and Manuel Carrasco, among many other leading figures in the music industry. Currently, he is the guitarist for Jaime Urrutia, balancing his work in composition, recording, and music production with his passion for live performance as a guitarist and singer.

Davo García

Davo (David García) is a Madrid based guitarist with over twenty years of experience in the city’s music scene, having played with artists such as Dnash, Auryn, OBK, Delaossa, María Membrives, Jaime Urrutia, and Siloé.

Israel Carmona


A student of José de Castro and Jaime Iglesias at the Ritmo&Compás school, he has attended masterclasses by renowned guitarists such as S. Henderson, D. Fiuczynski, and S. Morse. He began his career playing in pop, rock, funk, and instrumental fusion bands like In-Fusión and Fun Funk Band.

He has recorded and toured with various groups and artists, including Belo y los Susodichos, Melendi, Soultellers, Carmen Deleon, Alicia Castillo, and Isabel Aaiún. Additionally, he composed the music and sound design for the video game The Hidden Truth by Kuikgames. Currently, he creates music for promotional videos on various social media platforms. In 2011, he released his first album, 7 de septiembre, followed by his second instrumental album, 19 de Julio, in 2019.

As an educator, he has taught at several schools, academies, and institutions in Madrid, including Ritmo&Compás, and has led masterclasses at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Valencia’s Campus Party. In 2016, he produced Carlos May’s debut album,
Todo o nada. Since 2005, he has been part of the teaching staff at the Escuela de Música Creativa, where he teaches Guitar and Ensemble.

Manu Garaizabal

Manu Garaizabal is a professional guitarist, singer, songwriter, and music teacher based in Madrid. He has performed alongside artists such as Rubén Pozo, Maestro Reverendo, Ángel Stanich, and Mike Farris. Currently, he is a member of Germán Salto’s band and Gallos. He also pursues a solo career, having released his first album along with several singles.

A true enthusiast of pure, dynamic sound, he strives for the best tone with clarity. He typically uses a Villuendas SKA Series Grumpy Boy amplifier with a 2×12 cabinet or a 1965 Fender Bandmaster. His guitar preferences lean toward vintage Gibsons or Telecasters. When it comes to effects, he keeps it minimal, favoring the Villuendas SKA Series Jimi’Sunn overdrive/booster for a warm and transparent tone, a touch of reverb from the J. Rockett Boing pedal, and occasionally a Fender Fuzz or a Hughes & Kettner Rotosphere. His cables are custom-made by Ampturco Guitar Werks.

Redouane Hamani

He has taken part in the Fuenlabrada Blues Festival in Madrid with the Gaby Jogeix Band, sharing stage with artists such as Phil Guy (Buddy Guy’s brother, USA), Red House, Miles Griffith Band, Steve Big Man Clayton, and Ian Siegal.

As a guitarist, he has been involved in multiple bands and has played alongside some of the most respected blues musicians in Spain and Europe, including Ñaco Goñi, Stevie Zee, Greg Slazpczynsky, and Gaby Jogeix. From 2000 to 2004, he was a member of the Stevie Zee Band, performing at various blues and jazz festivals across Spain and opening for legendary artists like Johnny Winter and John Mayall.

Throughout his career, he has recorded and performed with a diverse range of bands and artists, including Gaby Jogeix Band, David DeMaría, TV TONES, Coconuts, Alex Rew Band, Traveling Heartbreakers, Grillo Bailo, The Trio, Yolanda Yone, Señor Antipirina, Revolver, and Kinnetik.

Tony Del Campo

A professional guitarist and vocalist since 2004, he has been balancing his music career with teaching since 2006, working in municipal schools across the Madrid region as well as private institutions like Riff and Roll, the music school founded by guitarist Juanjo Melero.

He has been a theater musical guitarist for Stuntmann Show (Italy), Diamante Producciones, and the Parla City Council, contributing to productions such as Cantania, Delirium, and Rockanroleando. A regular on Madrid’s cover band circuit, he has performed with groups like The Bon Scott Revival Show, The Bill Killers, Soul Mama, Charly & The Coconuts, and The Pastos Gansos, among others.

He has also recorded and performed with rock, country, and pop artists such as Romeo, Eva Vázquez & The Wolves, and Circológica. As the composer, guitarist, and vocalist of the project SuperEgg, he has released an album and participated in a tribute to Alain Johannes (QOTSA, PJ Harvey, Chris Cornell), recording a Spanish adaptation of “Kill Me No More.”

Sergio Rivas


Studio, live, musical theater, and event guitarist. Music and harmony instructor. Composer. He has performed as a guitarist in Grease Madrid (Teatro Apolo), the Grease 50th Anniversary Tour 2024 (SOM), Tina: The Musical (Stage), Momo (Queen Tribute), and the Madrid leg of Japanese guitarist Ichika Nito’s Spanish tour.

As a composer and producer, his work A Day In My Consciousness was nominated for Best Album and Best Composer of Ibero-America at the 2023 Prog Nation Awards. Currently endorsed by PRS Guitars and Vegatrem, he also represented Spain at the Copenhagen Guitar Show in 2017. Formerly a member of Barones and Sinfonity.

Andrés Esteban

Sound technician in various Madrid venues since 2012. Drumming enthusiast for over twenty years and a professional taiko (Japanese drums) percussionist since 2014. Music writer for Free Rockin’ magazine since 2023.

Pablo Ruiz Blanc


Pablo Ruiz, known as El Zurdo, has been a professional guitarist for over 20 years, as well as a guitar teacher and the founder and director of Escuela Esmúsica, currently based in Majadahonda, Madrid.

He has collaborated with artists such as Javier Andreu (La Frontera) and Dani Royo and is a regular in Madrid’s music scene. A lifelong music enthusiast, he has successfully turned his passion into a way of life

Jaime Solís

Born in Barcelona in 1978 and raised in Madrid, he is a self-taught guitarist heavily influenced by american rock. He has been an active figure in Madrid’s underground music scene for years, playing in various projects such as Maelström in the ’90s, My Left Hand in the 2000s, and most recently Dead by Southwest, with whom he released The Juniper Album in 2021.

A longtime supporter of Villuendas’ work, he first met Pablo Villuendas at a concert years ago, sparking a deep personal and musical friendship. His current sound is built around the Grumpy Boy 18w amplifier, the Jimi’Sunn overdrive and the Atreyu booster, all handcrafted by Villuendas.

Marisa De La Plaza


A native of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid, Marisa has a strong musical background backed by several years of training in solfège, harmony, composition and arrangement. Active since the age of 14, she earned her guitar skills at Rockservatorio, Factoría de Músicos, Aula de Música Moderna, and the Conservatory of Madrid. Among her instructors were Luis Cruz and Miguel Ángel Collado (formerly of Santa), with whom she collaborated in the shared musical journey of the band Glacé. She has been part of numerous musical projects, including Rubi y Los Casinos, Poncho K, the musical We Will Rock You (Queen), the musical Cómplices, Derrame Cerebral, Luis Rodrigo, Los Chichos, Sherpa (Barón Rojo), Casablanca, The Val, etc… With extensive experience as a music educator, she has worked at teaching centers such as Musical Sur (Academy of Peri, Mago de Oz) and Rockservatorio (Academy of Hermes, Barón Rojo).
